Wine Art Museum in Portici

The MAVV – Wine Art Museum is located in the prestigious Reggia di Portici, a palace built upon the wishes of Charles III of Spain after the invitation of the Emmanuel Maurice, Duke of Elbeuf to spend a day together in his private residence in Portici. He fell in love with the natural and archaeological beauty of the area and decided to build his summer holiday residence there.

The Wine Art Museum is the result of an effort by a group of professionals and managers who share a common desire; to present and share the excellence of the Campania wines with the world by promoting the cultural, artistic, scientific and historical value of the territory and by developing the wine area as a resource for economic growth.

The Museum of the Art of Vine and Wine benefits from a distinguished scientific advisory board and provides a real multi-sensory journey linked to the narration thanks to the use of technology and an immersive reality with the creation of an avant-garde projection system using virtual reality. The MAVV Wine Experience also offers visits through the wine-making territories and their traditions of excellences.

An excursion recommended for all wine lovers or simply for the most curious during their romantic experience at Laqua Charme & Boutique.
